About
Tower Notes started as a shared spreadsheet between three friends who kept arguing about which tower defence games were worth the storage space. At some point the spreadsheet got embarrassing, so we turned it into a proper site with structured reviews and a catalogue you can browse without a headache.
We cover mobile strategy in the broad sense: classic lane defence, base builders, turn-based tactics, and the occasional odd hybrid. Every game gets installed on at least two different phones so we can talk about performance, not just fun. If a title runs badly on mid-range hardware, we say so.
Games end up on the site for one reason: someone on the team actually finished a decent chunk of them. We don't grade from trailers or press kits. A review usually means several evenings of play, a few notebook pages of scribbles, and an argument about the final rating.
We stay independent. Nobody pays for a spot in the catalogue, and we don't run sponsored scores. If that ever changes, it will be written in big letters at the top of the page.
