Lantern Hollow

Lantern Hollow is a slow, atmospheric adventure that trusts you to wander. You explore a hand-drawn valley, light lanterns to reveal paths, and slowly piece together what happened to the people who lived there. There's no combat, just curiosity and light puzzles.

What sold us is the mood. The soundtrack is gentle, the art is warm, and the game never rushes you toward the next objective. Discovering a hidden shortcut back to an early area gave us a genuine little grin.

It's short, maybe four hours, and some players will want more mechanical meat. As a calm evening adventure on the couch, though, it's exactly the kind of game phones are good at.
